WinBar Services is a great water treatment company! Jenny took much time over the phone and explained their products before I purchased. Mike installed my water softener and RO system in a timely manner. He also answered all my questions and made sure that I knew everything I needed to know about both systems before he left my house. I highly recommend this company. They have great customer service and are reasonably priced!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough! The technician was prompt, professional, and experienced. He took the time to explain the problem with my water softener and the cost of replacement vs. repair. The unit is functioning again for a lower cost than I anticipated and there was minimal disruption to my day (which is valuable in and of itself.) I don’t have a single complaint.
Not only was he (Parker) fabulous, but he followed up, though it was someone else’s responsibility (The manufacturer)…they totally dropped the ball, but he didn’t!
Great company. Very professional. ON TIME and the price was right. When installing my water softener they did not cut any corners, they took their time on showing me how the system operations worked. When they were done they cleaned up their mess as if they were never there. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
We had a new water softener put in to replace the old broken one as well as got a shut-off valve installed at the water softener. Brian showed up on time, performed all the work very cleanly and efficiently and was very polite and pleasant to talk to… Gave me some helpful maintenance tips as well. Overall, I’m quite pleased with the reasonable price, and professional service I received today!

Brian quickly diagnosed the issue with the water softener and explained the corrective measures. He also installed a hose bib so I can wash my cars with soft water. Hi, I am writing to comment on my recent experience with WinBar Services. I was having problems with my water softener so I called for an appointment to have it looked at. The Technician , Parker, arrived on time and began his work. Parker was very professional and easy to speak with as I asked him many questions about my water softener. Throughout the process Parker explained to me what the problem may be and what he was doing to diagnose and repair the unit. It has been two weeks since Parker repaired my unit and it has been operating without any issues since his work! I highly recommend Parker and Win Bar! The overall experience with Parker and WinBar has been A+ in ever way! I can’t thank Parker and WinBar enough for their high quality service! Also, the service call fee was extremely reasonable….it was a great experience it every way. If you are in need of service I would strongly recommend you call WinBar and you could not do better than ask for Parker!
